The Covid Safety practices are just basic. They wipe the areas down only when the lines are not busy. So not that often. They have hand sanitizer but Cashiers may not be using it on a regular basis.

I believe there were wipes available, however there wasn't anyone to help encourage customers to utilize them like some other stores are doing. I was quite surprised because that Jewels in particular is located in an area where a great deal of customers are our seniors and people with disabilities. O need our neighborhood stores to seriously remember that we are still in the middle of a pandemic, and a lot of our seniors in black communities still haven't had adequate opportunities to get vaccinated. Standards should not be lowered in black and brown communities.
