Yes, I even heard them call someone's license plate number n make of car and told them that they were a pet friendly store and their pet was welcome. I guess someone noticed a dog in a vehicle. I'd never heard of a store doing this, but it sure put a smile on my face. This store was in San Antonio.

They not only allow them inside but will offer a treat,(dog bone), as long as the owner approves. They always ask for approval. It's one of the biggest reasons that I shop at Lowe's. People at my Lowe's in San Marcos know my dog and his name on sight! Bear rides in the cart and has a great time. He know's Lowe's when I ask him if he wants to go.
