The store has the highest standards based on hygiene criteria from France and the USA as well as follows the latest CDC COVID-19 guidelines for restaurants. Every table and chair is cleaned with Ecolab’s latest restaurant sanitizer solution before and after every customer. Every customer gets a paper placemat and wrapped utensils. The store is constantly cleaned and sanitized with Ecolab products. All employees have been tested and are negative. Employees wear gloves which are changed every half hour, hands are washed frequently and sanitized as well. Employee temperature is taken on a regular basis. All surfaces are sanitized on a regular basis. Sanitizing solution from our food distributor is available at all stations and around the store. Each ordering station has 6 foot high plexiglass separators from customers. ALL PATRONS AND EMPLOYEES MUST WEAR APPROVED FACE MASKS AT ALL TIMES, unless seated and actively drinking or eating.
