Is this location closings...the service and the food fell off dramatically since my previous visit had to get a partial refund on breakfast that day.

I'm here having brunch and I see no signs they are closing anytime soon. Who starts these rumors?

They should be closing soon as they have BAD attitudes and the serving size has been cut in half compared to all of the other iHops in the area.:( When asked why the serving sizes were so small, manager said they go by the specs in the policy manual and all the other stores are wrong. lolz Won't be going back and getting ready to Yelp out this restaurant!
