For 2nd shift I believe its 18 an hour atleast. However, they change the rates on the times you're there. If you cross over to 3rd shift time, you'll make the 3rd shift rate. Get there early on 1st shift time, you'll be making 1st shift rate. But welders always come off better anyways. You'll be asked to mig, tight, and stick weld mostly.
They management team tests you and they offer you a job/payrate.
Depending on the shift they offer shift premium and depending on experience you will have to talk to management about pay
