Are the shops & vendors on "snow days?"

Some are. But in reality most of the street vendors are closed on snowy days. On a day like that it's too cold out the fruits and vegetables and start freezing and everything doesn't taste good when you bring it home. But don't let that stop you because like I said some are there if you feel like you want to go for a walk and see if you find something you can go have fun down there some shops are open on days like that. So there is always a way to enjoy yourself in the market.
