Its about the same as Saturdays. It also depends on the weather. Different vendors each days. I go on Tuesdays and Saturdays weekly. The traffic is good on both days and it is also crowed on Tuesdays depending on the weather
I haven't been over on a Tuesday, but I'm sure its less of a crowd then Saturday nights.
