When vegetables are produced ripping they have to bring them to market so we as customers can buy them fresh with no blisters or disc colored...hope that help for the days open...from a farm family 🍉🍒🍏🍇🌽🥕🥔🍆🍄🌶🥒

It has just always been that way. Not sure of the reason.
Back in the day it was a outlet for local Farmers and it was open based on scheduling for farmers to get their products to the market. Market has changed it should be called a Flea market because it has so many other vendors, many of them participate in other flea markets, etc.

Been that way for as long as I can remember. My guess is the vendors have other jobs and farmers could only dedicate one weekend and one weekday.
