I saw at least one vendor with all kinds of beads and other related stuff when I was there. Vendors change week to week but some are there every week. There are way more vendors on Saturdays than Tuesday's so your best bet is to go on Saturdays. If I remember, the vendor was in the building farthest from RT 40.
