Absolutely! Our menu is Gluten free minus the flour tortillas. We use no wheat, rye or barley in our cooking. All of our corn tortillas are GF plus we also carry rice tortillas. We have patrons that prefer gluten free for better health and others are for medical reasons. Our servers will alert the kitchen if it is for medical reasons so we can use separate oil & grills to avoid any cross contamination with our flour tortillas.
I'm pretty sure they're good enough got Celiac, but I'd call to verify. The staff members are knowledgeable
