Tate's is a good place to go for breakfast. I go there when I want a coffee and a English muffin. Once in awhile I'll get a short stack of pancakes. Its a small place. Its inexpensive. If you want a big breakfast, a big restaurant with a waitress at ur service. I would suggest going to I-Hop, Dennys or a Diner. But if ur looking for a good inexpensive meal ( under staffed waiters/waitresses ) Then Tate's is a good place. Most people either love it or hate it.

I have been going here forever. It's very small, if you go during peak times, you're going to wait. They have a very loyal following, hence having to wait at times. In my life I heard one person complain about Tate's. If you like good food at a fair price then you found a home here.
Listen I go to Tate's all the time and have never had a bad experience or bad food or a Bad Waitress everyone there is kind the food is always good service is great and it really is not that expensive I get the same meal every time I go and it's always the way I like it hope this helps

It's a diner. I enjoy it because the food is good. Its not going to be 5 star gourmet restaurant good, but its very good. Its a nice change from forking out a lot of money for IHOP or cracker barrel. Staff has always been on point for me. I can see where they can get busy and not have the most time with each customer, but that's every place.
I'm always satisfied with the amounts and I am a volume eater. The food is tasty for the price. Two breakfasts and coffee around $15. That's about average for breakfast these days.
