No tent camping. You can try Morro Dunes
Wine country RV allows rv, trailers, and campers. They also have small on site cabins that are nice. It's clean and upscale, they don't allow tents or older RVs that are not in good shape.

The only tent camping in the area is at the KOA near santa Margarita lake, Lake Naci, lake San Anton, or the hot springs in Paso.
