I purchased a new Elna 9000 in 1992, and I'm trying to find a foot for free motion quilting. It looks like it has a circle where the needle goes through. I've seen that on YouTube and other sites. I my feet are called 'click on'. HELP!

Yes they should have that foot for free motion quilting. But is not snap on, you will need to remove the foot and screw the new one. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable they will show you how to attach it.
