Usually, during the work week Mon. thru Fri. park before 8am for the cheapest daily rates for parking lots.

There isn't a good time, but I dont think you can park all weekend for just $8 bucks

It's $7 a day for Saturday and Sunday only. Otherwise full price. Lot will fill up this weekend as there is a convention at the convention center.
