I think so.. It's posted that you can't, but the gates are not locked
If you're visiting somebody that's there I'm sure they'll allow you to do it but they had no indications stating anything otherwise
I believe it's for guests only, because at check in they gave us bracelets for the pool area.
Only for guest staying there. If you can sneak in, they accept cash.

I believe it was for guest only for the pool but the bar was a cash bar or you could use your room#.
