My son & daughter have been using their uniforms since kindergarten...high school now & never had a problem...but their we're some new employees recently...I would definitely stop by in person... hope it all works out
I've been buying for over 5 years never had such problem. But at the store they can help you out. They are very nice at the one located by the 19124 area. Take your order number and if available the tracking of the package.
IN MY OPINION, YOU SHOULD CONTACT COSTUMER SUPPORT OR IF POSSIBLE, GO IN PERSON TO A STORE NEAR YOU ZIP CODE ALONG WITH YOUR ID/DRIVER'S LICENSE AND EXPLAIN TO THEM YOUR SITUATION. YOU SHOULD'VE RECEIVED YOUR SHIPMENT BY NOW. THERE'S NO REASON IT SHOULD'VE ARRIVED YET.
From my understanding.. anything you buy online is directly from the stores. I went in Sunday and they did have signs all over regarding backed shipping. You better off stopping by the store and requesting the items right there.
