Yes, you can.
On their website they ask you not to, they want people to just stay in their cars, but last I was there a few people did sit in chairs and nothing was done about it...
I don't know that they are allowing people to do that right now, but in the past you could. When my boyfriend and I went there in May they weren't allowing people to be outside of their cars.
Yes, you allowed chairs...a few times I have seen those inflatable couches.
