You are most likely out of luck.
Sold our tickets on StubHub as we had over $300 worth of tickets we couldn't use due to a personal issue. Not impressed there is no refund policy especially when event was weeks away.
If you have time try to sell the tickets and if you have more time try to return them to the box office. Explain your situation

If you can't make it to the show they don't offer any refund. So you would lose out on your tickets.
I have never seen any show tickets that are refundable. If the show is cancelled due to extreme weather It may hwy rescheduled.
If you order a certain amount of tix to shows, you can exchange.

Over the years i've never ran into that situation, but I do know there is a policy in effect of No refunds unless the event is cancelled. I would call the venue to see if your circumstances would allow them to make exceptions.

I guess like any place you would have to send someone in your stead. However, I would first call to see of they would be able to change the show date and time, depending on the shows run
