It is a typical game that the town of Snow Hill is playing again. The Setons seem to want to make the terms of their agreement work for them & the town but all I can see happening is a Bob Raley situation again, and with the town trying to recruit new businesses to town & improve the image of Snow Hill, I'm not sure I see their strategy in this case. It was okay for the town to use the building for their event a few Christmases ago but did they have the building inspected & an occupation permit? Although I am not a resident of the town proper I do quite a bit of shopping there & I did work for Mr Raley a bit & this is the main reason I would not take the offer of purchasing the business when offered. Debbie & Dickie came to our town with the expectation that the town of Snow Hill would honor their agreement & try to work with them to make our town have a flag shop for visitors to see as they come into town, but instead we are back to the "good old boy " situation once again. I usually see a few pieces.
