Im confused. They recommend heating up their cookies because they are dense? Wait. Isnt the whole point of paying a premium for a fresh cookie is that it is fresh? Why would I ever want to have to reheat a fresh item?

Dear valued customer it seems you were misinformed by a employee or customer, we reheat for the sole reason that people like their cookies hot? I the owner personally don’t like my cookies hot so I don’t reheat them, are cookies are big and some ppl like them really soft throughout and that’s what warming them does to the texture that is all. I can guarantee you we are like not other bakery and our cookies are of the utmost quality and are special in their own way

Everytime I have purchased a chocolate chip cookie, it comes out of the oven fresh and hot. The cookie is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I have never had to warm it up. Hope this helps...

Go to any bakery in the north and they will never reheat anything. A cookie should not be so dense that it needs reheating but to each their own.

They heat up the cookies when you purchase them, also they give instructions for reheating. Obviously you can't always be there when the cookies ACTUALLY come out of the oven.
