Can someone in a wheelchair go through this?

I would not recommend as there are certain obstacles where moving the wheelchair would be difficult.

They may be able to accommodate but there are definitely places it wouldn't fit.

I would say no. Most of it they probably could, but there are some small buildings that would be difficult for a wheelchair. (Just my opinion)
