Is their parking for disabled people, and where is that parking ?

Is 100 the circular building or the building on the other side of the street that is shaped like a V ?

There is parking behind the courthouse but it is far. You can get dropped off out front or they have meter parking on the street specifically for handicapped. I believe it is $2.50-$3.00 for 2 hours. When you go up to the building, there is a small step to get on the porch like area and then another to get up to the door. Then there is a small elevator at the end of the small hallway to the right.
