You'll need id. But should be fine.
You'll need a guardian for a rated R movie. PG13, you should be ok... bring a school i.d just in case!
From what I have been told by an AMC employee you can go to the movies that is appropriate for your age as long as it's not rated R or above even if your 14. Hope this helps.
