The main Market doesn’t allow pets other than service animals. However, you can enter with leashed pets at the entrance closest to Ritz BBQ to shop with your animals at Lucy & Lollys (pet store).

Not completely sure but I don't think I've ever seen one in there
I've never seen any but I'm sure seeing eye dogs would be allowed. Keep in mind that it's very crowded.
