Just wondering how come the Allentown Farmers market is only open Friday through Sunday and that's it. should be open from Monday through Sunday. I think they would make more money this way, if they were open every day

Mostly the vendors have "home shops" where they work rest of the week. One deli spends Wednesdays bringing merch up from Lancaster County. And as Robert said - farmer's market! Most farmer markets are only 1 or 2 days per week.

It's open Thursday to Saturday. It's a farmers market.
