Does anyone have experienced pick-up order dispute? Unfortunately I have. This is the first time I have experienced this. I couldn't manage to pick up my order and next day I received email saying "Thanks for Pick-up". 10 days &trying to resolve it.

I'm sorry you're having this negative experience and hope for a satisfactory resolve. This has not been my experience. I have not ordered on line.

Yes it seems to happen a lot..orderrd Xbox and game online at the time it said game was in stock go to pickup at the store..no game. Took 2 months to get the game by that time it was free. Will not be ordering online again

I had the same problem with this store I will never order on line again and have to go to the store and not get my item.i raise all sort of hell to get this problem fixed.
