Does anyone else have trouble reaching the store by phone? I rarely, if ever, get customer service or any other department to pick up the phone. It's horribly inconvenient and poor customer service. What to do?

I have read many complaints about the phones not being answered. I have never called them myself.

I was only there for vacation sorry. If not try a email them

I believe that they are very busy keep trying.

I just let it ring until someone eventually answers.

Depending on the time of day and part of month you call. It seems busy all the time. Except early morning. Good luck
