I was there like 5minutes ago only one person is working I was calling on the phone to place my order nobody answers I went there nobody took my order cause it was the lady by herself what kind of business is that ‍♂️

There are more than 1 person working. If they are already taking order over the phone, they will more likely be unable to take another order. Did the lady acknowledged the customer? Hungry, cranky, ok. But 5 minutes wait happens in line everywhere. When you want good food, you make smart choice. I drive 15 miles for the food.
