Do you or the food truck offer vegan food (no animal based products/ingredients: no dairy, no eggs, no meats, no butter, no cheese, honey, or milk)?

There are some vegan options. Was there last weekend with 2 vegan kids and they got a couple of different kinds of tacos.

Thanks Shawn! I went that day and ordered thee 2 vegan tacos the food truck offers. One with pan fried tofu and the other with mushrooms as the main ingredient. Not bad, despite I would have liked to see more options, maybe a third options made with tempeh to have a and some vegan sauces to the tacos. a fourth option could be made with seitan, a fifth with vegan sausage, and a sixth with vegan meats
