I tried to place a desert order at 9:50 pm tonight when it clearly states closing at 11:00 pm I was told they were closed and when I said why she said I want to and hung up, I called back to see if I was disconnected and hung up on again...

Highly unusual. Regardless, if the employee stated they're closed, they really don't owe you an explanation.
