If I reserve a bay, is that where we are going to have dinner ? Or we have dinner at a table then move to the bay for golf and drinks ?

There is a table and 5 chairs set up at the bay. That is where you will eat. Not sure if there is a eat-inside-then-play option. There are fans blowing at the bay/table to keep you cool. It also makes your food cold real quick. There are larger party/conference rooms where you eat inside, then go outside to play. That's for multiple bays.

There's a table and chairs or a couch for you to sit at and eat dinner in your bay. You can also eat beforehand at the bar before getting a bay if you'd prefer.

You can also eat in the dinning area.
