From experience i notice the more people the better but don't have more than (say 7)at a station. Prices are for station, food are separate charges.

They have a huge menu and every kind of beverage imaginable. I was at event in Houston for 35 people and we all had a great time.

It's also cheaper in the morning than in the afternoon, or evening. Be prepared for long waits on weekends. You could call them up for pricing.
