We went there and they were very rude and arragant.

I have never heard such a thing. Sal and his family have nothing but been helpful and polite. And I think their food is great. I guess the attitude you give is the attitude you get...

I pray to God to someday return to Patsy's. As a nursing assistant for a elderly lady it was the highlight of the whole trip. When I can't sleep I dream of Patsy's. Ahhh Fettuccine Alfredo someday💓 Susa Diaz in Denver

I have been here several times, alone and with my family. Have always been treated like we are a part of their family. Went the first time for the history, to pass on the legacy of FS and other great entertainers that have visited. Kept going back for the food and the family.

Sal and the staff are always very accomodating when I visit. Food is great and there is a good chance that Sal himself when on duty will visit your table to ask if you enjoyed the food. Great place, I highly recommend it

My wife and I stopped in while visiting NY in April 2018. The mgr checked our coats ( it was cold) and seated us next to a table with 3 very interesting people. We we're soon all talking and it turns out the mgr had been Frank Sinatra's personal host at the restaurant. Sal came out of the kitchen and we discussed some recipes. Food is best I had outside of Italy. Went back he next day.

That was not our experience. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the wait staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming. Patsy's is one of the last remaining old guards, where men are expected to remove their hats and behave like gentlemen, where chairs are pushed out to allow ladies to graciously sit down. There is a certain elegance and protocol that Patsy's still adheres to. We enjoyed a lovely evening with our friends before attending the symphony at Carnegie Hall. The food was well prepared, the wine list was well stocked and the service was amazing. I am looking forward to returning.

I don't see how that is possible. They are so nice and very accommodating.

Polite, delicious food, a bit pricey but expected for Manhattan.
