The multiplex cinema is a franchise, you'll have to call the 1800 number provided... then select the appropriate location... someone onsite should be able to assist. Hope this was helpful.
You can't. Maybe a few years ago you could, but now you just get stuck in an endless loop of voice recordings. I have been trying to talk to a live person since 1:43pm 12/3/19. I'm writing this review at 4:34pm 12/3/19 and still have not been able to talk to a live person yet. When I worked in the movie theater I would actually be answering phones while working guest services
You don't... Call HR or The Cops... I'm not sure who will answer your call first but it's always the right thing to do
