They are very good with apps. I would bet the submission got lost or something like that. Call them.

If you call their phone number from 12-3 Tuesday through Saturday, they would be able to tell you. That is unusual that you wouldn't hear from them. I have always heard from them in 24 hours. Maybe something happened with the submission of your application.
