Yes reservations required,. And being respectful and getting slight dressed for this special occasion at a great restaurant is good thing . I'm a hippie type , bit for special restaurants, I actually look forward to it :) )
They are picky about dress, my friend was told they dont like shorts when he came in for a party we were having. Dont know of any age restrictions.
I would recommend a reservation. Not really sure about age requirement but Sunday is family. Dress nicely to have a nice dining experience. No cell phones either
