The workout fitness area is. It also does follow Holiday Hours, you will need to go on their website to check updated hours on Holidays. A sponsor membership needs an application to be filled out. You will need to go to the main YMCA building during business hours. I would call and make an appointment first. There is certain paperwork you will need with application. It is a basic membership. No upgrades. And you pay the membership rates for any extra classes like swimming, gymnastics and such. A lot of good information on the Norfolk YMCA Website. I hope that helps.
A "basic" membership includes everything except the upgrade lockerooms. All the land and water fitness classes are free with your membership... whether you pay for it or it is a sponsored membership. Your Y is here for everyone!
No it's not and a sponsored membership is just a basic pass
