No, it closes at dark. They have grills for cookouts, but no camping. Also, no kayaking or swimming in the lake.

There is a campground in Wilson on Hwy 301 called Kampers Lodge and one in Rock Ridge Campground near Rock Ridge NC off Hwy 42
