Units have different design layouts, as well as, varying square footages. It's possible that a smaller 2BR unit may have the same square footage in size as a very large 1BR. Actually, the design layout configuration of a smaller 1BR unit may make it appear more spacious than a 1BR unit with more square footage. A visit to view various units is best to make any determination.
Most are one bedrooms. There are a few 2 bedrooms but all occupie.d now . good size rooms and nice kitchen areas..many designs
