The Carillon (instrument used to play bells in bell tower) is downtown between Highway 51 N & S downtown and is lit up every night. It is in a small inner city park called Carillon Park. Foundation park is a natural park with a pond to fish out of, many trails to hike and a Nationally known 18 basket disc golf course. This is also where the Centralia Balloon Fest is hosted once a year in August. Foundation park also offers a free drive through lights display at Christmas time.
