It depends on the shot, but the prices at Pawsitively Pets are generally significantly less expensive than other vets in town. I would suggest calling them for a price quote on the specific shot you need, and then calling the other vet you are considering, that is what made me decide to have our pets treated at Pawsitively Pets.
