Proof of residence. Proof of income. Photo ID...and there is a form to fill out in the waiting area. Penny will help you or tell you if she needs anything else. Also on Friday at 4:30 at the Gazebo in town is a food giveaway provided by Portland Pay It Forward. Just bring proof your from Portland.
