I don't think so, I don't remember Fairview having any Yellow hats at the park. Usually the lunch program is at the smaller neighborhood parks.
The park district does not but some schools have a free lunch program, there is also the Good Samaritan Inn, and some Churches have summer camps for kids that have. Daily meal plan, usually at a low cost or free.
