Is there a set schedule for how often bins are switched out?

No schedule, but I do notice that they tend to change out more bins when there are more customers present.

I don't know if there is a set schedule but whenever I go I see them roating the bins constantly. Which is why I'm there long.

No set schedule. It's absolutely random what they bring out and when.

I asked a “regular” and he said there’s no schedule, they are supposed to bring out all bins every day. But I’ve been there 3 hours before and no bags or shoes

Its every hour or two depending on the amount of customers I believe
