There are a couple measuring posts inside, I think the minimum for the go karts was 58" but I'm not positive. My kids are 5'0 and was taller than the requirement by a couple inches
I think you have to be 5 feet to ride them. The normal kids rides I can't remember but I don't think they really have a height limit.
