Always wondered why there are so many gluten free options, when more people suffer from diabetes and sugar related health problems than gluten
I've seen non-dairy options, but haven't seen sugar free when I've been there. Mark, it's because gluten free caters to the fashionable. Celiac disease is the latest trend.
