How to stop service on house phone and not have to go to Boise as Emmett can't seem to do anything but sell but not back up service!

Tried none of it works only one store is able to do it for you. Always not the one you can get to easily.

Is your household phone with version? If it is you should be able to get on your computer and go to there website and get any thing taken care of from there. I believe they have a chat line so you can talk to a rep person. And or a 1-800 # you can call . Hope this helps you.

If you call Verizon and tell them what you want to do the Verizon here in Emmett should be able to do what you need. They have to have authorization.
