I went for lunch so the filet minion was not served however the sirloin steak and flank steak was tender, flavorful and delicious. The pork ribs were also tasty.
Tender be wary if you are sensitive to the amount of salt is on your food.
Its not cheap cuts. And its not the prime either. As for tenderness more tender then not tender. If you enjoy Beef and not salted beef. Then ask for the second cut after the heavy salted first cut. Enjoy
The cuts seemed tender when I was there this past weekend. The bacon-wrapped filet mignon was phenomenal π
