Depends on how busy the location is. Some stores will start at 7 some will start at 9.
I believe that the meats and cheeses are displayed in a cold storage display. This way, they can keep the meats out of the fridge all day. From there, they put the meats back in the fridge till next day. They remove the meats from the displays approx. 8-9 pm. You can call and ask the store itself. This is my personal idea of what do. No harm in asking.
