I have an iPhone6 that I hoped to unlock and use as a prepaid phone with AT&T to replace my iPhone5 which has a cracked screen. The iPhone6 is locked with Boost and the Boost store did not know how to unlock it Can y’all unlock it?

Boost is the prepaid version of Sprint, who is notorious for not unlocking their phones. You may have to get another phone to be able to use At&t. CPR sells preowned devices.

I don't work at CPR , but I know you'll have to find a store that is certified to work on iPhones in order to get it unlocked! I believe that information is on their ( Apple's ) website.
